Timing Assist changes the speed of all combats, except for the Concert minigames. These minigames receives more leeway for failure instead, as it is dependant on Music BPM for speed.

But watch out on the Danger Meter! The all-ears church-police will certainly come after devious denizens who do not respect the Law of Silence.
